HAHAHA laugh out loud funny. really good great depth and interpretation of a simple thing like asking the question " why do we have birth marks". Also tieing that brith mark to the career decision which we all struggle with. It can feel like a ton of bricks choosing your career. I love it really cool great drawings too.

Good evening from Spain! First of all, wow, I really love the message of this story!! Surely many people will be able to identify with the protagonist and with the rest of the people in this world where you are born "with a birthmark" (for example, if your parents are astronauts, you should be too, that type of thought that unfortunately still is still valid). It seems to me that everything is very clear and concise. It reminds me of the book Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg (I won't spoil you anything, but it has a main theme about finding true talent, I recommend you read it because you'll love it). Just a little suggestion: I think the birthmark should be in a more visible place than the back of the neck, I think it's hard to see there. I would place it, for example, on the character's forehead (and maybe instead of a scarf she can wear a hat to hide it).
This is all. CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE STORY!!! The drawing style is great, and I really want to see this animated.
Greetings!!

What a great story! I love the whole idea of this concept and how the story moves through the different aspects! It is very relatable, enjoyable and even funny at times. The visuals are done beautifully. The sound editing works well with the visuals. Such a great job on this project!!!

Hello Mona hahaha,

I love your story and how you struggled to find a life path, also mentioning the difference that a career and a life are not the same thing at all. I think most people tend to make this mistake not just while deciding a career but throughout their whole lives.

It is a very clear theme you are tackling and a very smart and entertaining way of managing it. Loved the use of humor and the use of birthmarks made the story super clear in contrast of her not having it, giving a really strong message on freedom and the burden of it, also on social pressure.

Honestly at this point I wouldn't want to keep working on any story-reel, I prefer to continue telling stories than polishing one story forever and my suggestion would be the same, to continue working on other stories you would like to tell. I think you have told this story clearly and with a theme which resonates with most people, it is clear that you have enough skills and knowledge to tell any story so I'd like to see you explore what else is important to you and share it :D

I love the theme conveyed in your story! I think it's a very important message that everyone needs to hear.

I loved that your character's design (especially with the scarf) was so prominent in the storytelling and worldbuilding. It felt complete when Mona found community with Reed who also used to wear a scarf to cover his neck.

A suggestion, edit down the narration and let the boards speak for themselves. Overall, I loved this story and the characters you created!

In a society where everyone is born with a birthmark that determines their future career, Mona is born without one.
