why did the scientist want to make all the dogs allergic to humans?

How would the dogs know where to go after realizing that they couldn't be with their owners? Was the fight physical? I feel like this should be delved into a little bit more. Also, just because she won the fight doesn't mean the dogs stopped being allergic to people. The scientist would still need to develop a cure and give it to every dog. Speaking of, how did every dog ingest the original potion which made them allergic? As in, how did the scientist get it into every household? I love the origionality of the idea, but I think there are some kinks that need to be worked out when it comes to the details.

Our Final Story
An evil scientist creates a potion that makes all dogs allergic to humans except for him. Sarah and Manolo the dog take him on in order to save all the dogs. (Sorry if the story seems rushed we weren’t able to draw everything we need and were not able to narrate due to unforeseen circumstances) Thanks anyways
