I really liked the message of the story! I think maybe a few more details could spice it up a bit, but I really liked it overall

I felt the off and on between music and very little wording was interesting. I just wish that the music could have been overlapped with more words. Good job.

I liked how you used a lot of showing and not telling in this story. I thought the pacing was well done and the music fit the mood well. I would suggest when Jasmine tells her family she didn't find any gold, not going directly to happy music and possibly having neutral or contemplative music to show that Jasmine learned from her experience throughout the story to come to the decision she makes. I wonder if by the end of the story, although Jasmine doesn't think about gold again, she still worries about finances since the farm was going downhill.
