I like the story! And I appreciate the voice acting- it's the first submission I've seen that's incorporated it. It's sweet. I would've liked to see more character depth with the girl, though! Also, the pivotal moment where the tattoos get him to answer yes could've been communicated bettter, with a change of music or visuals perhaps. It was kind of hard to tell the significance of the moment. Cool concept!
Aisa

I liked your use of facial expressions in your story and the characters Mr. Goose and Mr. Snake. I loved your art style, and I thought that the moments in the story that were illustrated worked very well. I was confused in the scene where Ted chooses whether or not to go play video games with the girl he met because there was a change in colors in the environment and the sound effects of that scene were slightly distracting for me. I would love to see this scene further developed, like with more drawings and more detail in the background, since this seems to be a very important moment in the story. Overall, I thought this story was unique, had great flow, and had an inspiring theme!

Your art style is so pretty and your idea is really creative
Samanta
I love the voice acting and the story.
Roman
I like how the tattoos help him gain confidence to do what he wants
Solomon
I love how unique the idea of the story is, with the tattoos being his conscience, and I also like the design of the characters. I wish there was a bit more time to develop those animals as his tattoos, but I still understood the overall story nonetheless.

Ted Anser, a young shut-in who confides in only his tattoos. But, he wasn’t always this way. Because of his parents' work, he was forced to move from home to home and place to place. Each time, he would lose the friends he had grown close to, only for the cycle to start again once more. Not wanting to feel the pain of loss any more, he shut himself away from the outside world and found comfort in the friends he would never lose, his tattoos Mr. Goose and Mr. Snake. Fast forward to present day, where Ted lives in his apartment by his lonesome. He’s convinced himself that he’s happy with his lifestyle, but he’s eventually forced to confront his fears when he’s finally run out of food and goes to the supermarket. He meets a girl who just so happens to live at his same apartment, and somehow holds out for long enough to get her number. Now, he's received a text from her asking if he wants to play videogames together. Fearing the worst, he decides to deny her offer, when his tattoos step in and try to get him to reconsider.
Special thanks to Makayla Nguyen and River Esteves for voice acting, Elina Kuang for editing, Gina Namkung for art, and the whole team for creating the story and bringing it to life!
